Who I am.
I'm a fullstack developer based in Gdynia, Poland. For over three years, from August 2023 to September 2026, I worked at a local software house, co-building BHPSoft - a SaaS platform used by dozens of companies - and client projects, including the Kraków Airport website.
I run projects end-to-end: from requirements and estimates to deployment and support. Before the software house, I taught kids how to code - which is where I picked up the habit of explaining technical things in plain language.
I now work independently (B2B). After hours: Computer Science at Gdańsk University of Technology and my own SaaS tools. Languages: Polish, English (C1).
- Process first, code second. Before proposing anything, I want to understand where the business loses time.
- Boring technology wins. Laravel, MySQL, Redis - a proven stack that runs for years, instead of architecture for show.
- No lock-in. Code, access and documentation stay with the client.
- I say "no" fast. If a project doesn't make sense or I can't do it well - you'll hear it on the first call, not a month in.

CMS with an OCR component personal project · engineering thesis
My own CMS with a blueprint content model (page → section → component → field) and asynchronous OCR turning document photos into text. Ultimately the engine behind my client websites.

How does working together start?
You write a few sentences about what you need. I usually reply within 24 hours and tell you straight whether I can help. Then a call about the process, an estimate for the scope, delivery and support after launch. I run projects end-to-end, with no handoffs between departments.

How much does a project cost?
There is no off-the-shelf price list, because an estimate depends on scope. I work B2B and invoice with VAT: either a fixed price for a defined scope, or a day rate for longer engagements. You get a range after the first call, before we start building anything.

Do you work remotely or on site?
I am based in Gdynia, Poland and work remotely with clients across the country. On-site meetings in the Tricity area when a project calls for it.

Will you take over a system built by someone else?
Yes, that is a common scenario. I have run PHP and Laravel upgrades on live systems, including PHP 7.4 and Laravel 8 to PHP 8.4 and Laravel 12, with no downtime. I start with a review of the code and infrastructure so I can tell you straight what can be saved and what has to be rewritten.

Who owns the code after the project ends?
You do. Code, access and documentation stay with the client. I do not build lock-in and I do not hold projects hostage.

Usually within 24 hours, faster on working days.

Do you build AI integrations?
Yes. Chatbots and AI agents on OpenAI, custom MCP servers, integrations over REST, SOAP and webhooks. At BHPSoft I built three separate AI chatbots: for the admin, the client and the training participant.

Both. A single project to deliver, or an ongoing B2B contract with an agreed number of hours.
